Every package includes our exceptional wedding day coordination service,
provided by Proud to Plan's fabulous staff.

We pride ourselves on exceeding expectations, so while this list gives a high-level overview
of what we'll take care of, you can rest assured, we'll go above and beyond to ensure
your wedding day goes off without a hitch!

>Personal planning meetings to develop the design of your wedding and scope of the day:
An initial consultation to discuss wedding plans, a detail phone call to discuss progress,
draft timeline and identify outstanding to-dos, and a final meeting to tie-up arrangements and provide deliverables
>Confirmation of Vendor Services the week of the wedding;
Coordinator to serve as the main contact for all wedding vendors and professionals from the point of confirmation until after the wedding
>Alleviate last minute problems and stresses, we will provide an extensive emergency kit for those unexpected mishaps
>Supervise setup of the ceremony area. Work with Officiant, sound operator, vocalists, musicians, etc. on cues
>Act as contact for flower delivery; pin corsages and boutonnieres, remove moisture from bouquets, and distribute to bridal party and family members
>Provide Personal Assistance to the Bride and Groom, their bridal party and immediate family
>Instruct attendants of their duties and provide seating instructions for Ushers
>Organize wedding party for ceremony processional (start attendants down aisle and fluff bride's dress) and recessional
>Assist Photographer in rounding up family members/friends for formal photos and staging of detail shots
>Supervision of reception setup- décor, place cards, guest book, special pictures, cake table, favors, etc.
and also be certain the tables are organized the way you designated with the correct number of chairs, favors, decorations, etc. before guests arrive
>Assist DJ/Band with timing and Grand Entrance, and assist members of bridal party in assembling for intros, dances, etc.
>Coordination of Events at Reception (intros, first dance, toasts, parent dances, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, getaway)
>Oversee all vendor commitments and ensure they are fulfilled to your standards; Distribute final payments and gratuities
>Display gifts, wrap top layer of wedding cake, wash and pack the toasting flutes, cake and knife server at end of night
>Coordinate the collection of gifts and all items belonging to you at the end of the night for delivery to appropriate parties
>Coordinate the newlywed's getaway and ensure your guests get safely on their way to the after party!

The traditional "Day Of" coordination service -
essential for a stress-free wedding day! This package includes up to 10 hours
of wedding day coverage and unlimited e-mails and phone calls.
This service helps gives you peace of mind for your wedding day.
*Rehearsal attendance not included but can be added for an additional fee.*

Our most popular package, this one is designed to give
a bit more help to couples that need it!
This package includes up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage,
unlimited e-mails and phone calls, a venue visit with your site manager,
and onsite coordination of the rehearsal.

A package designed for the couple planning with a full plate!
This package includes unlimited wedding day coverage,
unlimited e-mails and phone calls, initial budget compilation,
one additional detail meeting, three vendor planning meetings (post contract),
a venue visit with your site manager and onsite coordination of the rehearsal.
The perfect solution for couples planning from out-of-town!
This service gives you lots of help while still keeping you in the driver's seat.

A full service wedding planning package-we're with you from engagement to
honeymoon! This package includes unlimited wedding day coverage,
unlimited e-mails and phone calls, budget compilation and maintenance,
initial venue research, all vendor meetings (including interviews) with
recommendations, eight to ten detail planning meetings, a venue visit with your
site manager to develop a floor plan and timeline, and onsite coordination of the rehearsal.
This service gives you the star treatment every bride deserves and the investment will surely be worth the savings
and stress-relief you experience by hiring a professional to do the dirty work!
